Abstract

|
Cystadenofibroma of the ovary is relatively rare tumor which is histologically characterized by a prominent fibrous tissue component in addition to its epithelial elements. In spite of the obvious histogenesis of this neoplam, it occupies and
equivocal
among the various ovarian neoplams. The true incidence of ovarian cystadenofibroma is uncertain but surely low.
Ovarian cystadenofibroma is more common than generally believed and that is of an entirely benign nature, nature, necessitating only conservative surgical therapy.
We present a case of bilateral ovarian cystadenofibroma arising from ovary, with a brief review of the literature.
